Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Second Home Apartments

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

   Bookings are binding and can be canceled free of charge in writing to stefanie.sigl@secondhomeapartments.de up to 5 days before arrival.

2. Payment Terms:

   Payment is due before arrival. For last-minute bookings within 5 days, proof of payment must be provided before arrival if the payment has not been received.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

   Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Early or late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late departures may incur additional charges.

4. Use of the Accommodation:

   The accommodation may only be used by registered guests. Additional guests must be arranged in advance. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Pets are allowed under certain conditions, please inquire in advance. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

   Second Home Apartments assumes no liability for losses, damages, or injuries that occur during the stay.

6. Data Protection:

   The personal data of guests will be processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution:

   Disputes will be resolved under applicable law and in consideration of the T&C of Stefanie Sigl.

8. Changes and Amendments:

   Stefanie Sigl reserves the right to change or amend these T&C at any time. Guests will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
