Second Home Apartments opened its doors in March 2024 with its first holiday flat in the idyllic Bavarian Forest. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to giving our guests the feeling of a second home, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure. Our lovingly designed accommodation offers comfort, cosiness and a warm atmosphere that allows our guests to feel immediately welcome. We pride ourselves on the fact that our guests find more than just accommodation with us - they find a home away from home. ✖ Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment
✖ No excessive noise or loud music
✖ No pets in the apartment, unless specified at the time of booking
✖ No guests or overnight guests who are not listed on your reservation
✖ No toiletries in the toilet, only toilet paper
✖ No drugs or illicit behavior
✖ No shoes in the apartment
✖ Do not place any wet objects on the wooden floor
✖ Open fires are prohibited
Allowed
✔ Keep the apartment clean and tidy
✔ Report any damage or missing items to us immediately - the guest's personal liability insurance is liable in the event of self-inflicted damage
✔ Keep to the quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am
✔ When leaving the apartment, close the windows and doors and turn off the heating
✔ Please set the dishwasher to the short program when checking out
Penalties
⚠ 500 € fee for excessive noise
⚠ 500 € fee for smoking in the indoor areas
⚠ 500 € for violation of the house rules
⚠ 100€/hour will be charged if check-out is not completed by the check-out time
⚠ 50€/person fee for persons not specified in the reservation
